WebSwim
first appeared on the Internet back in 1994 and was one of the first swimming
sites around. I set it up because I was maintaining the Frequently Asked Questions
list for the rec.sport.swimming newsgroup, and I realised that it would be easier
to maintain it as a web site. The aim of WebSwim is to provide easy to understand
information to anyone with a thirst for swimming. Here you'll find links to
other good sites, sites which I have looked at and deicded contain worthwhile
information. You'll find answers to many of your questions, suggestions of books
which you might find useful and lots of news on Irish swimming. I hope you enjoy
the site and find it worthwhile.
