Aurora Masters Swimming

Aurora Masters is a program for swimmers age 18 and over.  Formed in 1979, this team has become a juggernaut in competition statewide, nationally, and even worldwide. The Gators swim for a variety of reasons: to stay fit, to socialize, and to train for competition. They are a diverse group of all ages, with swimmers from around the globe, with a variety of occupations and interests.

In April 2007, Aurora’s Alishia Fostvedt was the fastest overall swimmer, ranked by category (age group/gender) at the 2007 COMSA Short Course State Championships. She won the 50 yard breaststroke and 100 yard breaststroke.
