MACS is a USA year-round
swim club with swimmers ranging from novice through Olympic Trial
qualifiers. Our well-organized, competitive program is for
swimmers five years old and up. The team practices at our own
pool at Parker Road and Quincy in Aurora, Colorado; at Eaglecrest
High School near Smoky Hill and E-470; and at the Delmar Pool, a
50-meter long-course outdoor pool in
Aurora.
• MACS swimmers benefit from
award-winning coaches who are certified by the American Swim
Coaches Association.
•
We believe every
swimmer who goes through our program will become successful at
swimming and will develop an appreciation for how this sport
teaches them to be successful in life.
•
MACS swim teams
consistently finish among the top teams in the state of
Colorado. MACS has had six Olympic Trial qualifiers and two
swimmers on USA Swimming’s National Junior Team.
•
The USA Swimming Club
Excellence Program has designated MACS as a Silver Medal
Club. This program identifies and recognizes USA clubs for
their commitment to performance excellence, successful club
administration, and for their support of USA swimming. MACS
is one of only four teams in Colorado to receive this
award.
•
Five of the eight
individual events at the 2009 Colorado Class 5A High School Girls
State Swimming Championship were won by MACS
swimmers.
